Membership Details
After years of study, practicum, and over a decade of clinical work within a wide range of settings, many students and professionals have reached out to learn more about my journey and work in the field of psychology and expressive therapies. In an effort to share and connect, I’m now offering an advisory program!
You’ve decided to pursue knowledge about how to live/work within the field of mental & physical health. Whether you’ve experienced your own transformation through mind/body practices, worked with individuals in need, or spent hours studying – further insight is always valuable. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist & Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist, mother and wife – I aim to connect and support you!
THE TWO PROGRAMS
Individual
​In this direct individualized time,​ I will explore your personalized questions, help identify goals, and provide ongoing support. This will be offered one-on-one with me as often as you choose (once/week, once/month, etc.)
Program Details:
★ Duration – 60 Minutes
★ Location – Office, Community, Video Chat, Phone
★ Price – $100

Group
​​In this ​long-term program​ you, the enthusiastic learner (all levels), will be given direct support to pursue your area of expertise and passion within the field of Psychology & Expressive/Movement Based Therapies. This will be in a group setting tailored to support common educational & professional goals with like-minded learners.
Program Details:
★ Duration – 45 Minutes, twice monthly
★ Location – Live in our Facebook Group!
★ Price – $79/mo

★ Discuss options for schooling and professional growth.
★ Identify variables within the Private practice, Clinical Setting, Hospital Setting, Home/Academic Setting.
★ Explore your path and narrative.
★ Create connections to resources and like-minded communities.
★ Understand intervention approaches (*explore case scenarios).
★ Gain insight for mind/body practices – Words into Action.
★ Learn tips for best & learned practices.
★ Set Goals for promoting your best self in the field of health, education, empowerment of mental, physical, psychological and spiritual health!
